Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect information needed to process and fulfill it, such as your name, email address, phone number when provided, shipping address when shipping is selected, order details, and customer notes.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Cypress 3D Printed Models & More does not need to store your full card number on our own servers. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy and security practices.
Store services
We use service providers to operate the store, including Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for store data and order records, Stripe for payments, and Resend for transactional email. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services.
How we use information
We use order information to process payments, fulfill and ship or prepare orders for pickup, communicate about order status, provide customer support, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and operate the store.
Customer accounts
This storefront uses guest checkout and does not require customers to create an account.
